Coordinate cloud migration efforts, ensuring environment readiness, application hosting support, and successful deployment of workloads. ? Facilitate business readiness activities, including testing, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, documentation, and production release planning. ? Provide executive-level reporting, governance, budget tracking, resource planning, and stakeholder communications. ?
