Insight Global is looking for a Senior GRC Analyst/Program Manager to join the Information Security org for one of our clients specializing in outdoor wear and drink containers. The role involves... designing and leading risk assessment initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and articulating security risks, while developing and maintaining standards, guidelines, and policies. It requires building strong relationships with key stakeholders across Legal, People, IT, and other business units to promote standards-based security practices. The position also partners with teams in Supply Chain, IT, Security, Legal, and Operations to develop and implement a comprehensive Business Continuity Program. A critical aspect of the role is driving remediation action plans to effectively mitigate security and privacy risks. Additionally, the role supports business and product release goals by managing risk identification, mitigation, and acceptance processes in collaboration with internal and external IT partners. Consulting on information security requirements and their relevance to business processes, products, and services is essential.
