The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical and business issues, drive project timelines, and provide status reporting. Additional responsibilities include developing tracking methods for findings, conducting trend analysis, and contributing to policy documentation.The team manages compliance and cybersecurity processes, focusing on security exceptions and enhancements in the US Gov space. They ensure operational risk is mitigated and compliance requirements are met. The role will consist of 80% collaborative work and 20% heads down. Job Responsibilities: ?Handle security exceptions related to secure feature initiatives and KPIs?Manage compliance processes and ticketing workflows for service teams?Participate in team meetings and capture meeting notes?Open, manage, and close tickets within Microsoft?s internal ticketing system?Communicate cross-functionally to resolve security exceptions?Track findings and contribute to trend analysis and reporting?Manage and triage exceptions to security policies (SPPs) based on operational risk?Support teams through exception handling and risk determination processes?Drive program/project schedules and deliver regular status reports?Develop and implement methods to track and manage compliance findings $100/hr to $105/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
