This individual will support the Capital PMO team with cost controls and... analytics for capital construction projects in the CO, WY & UT regions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Utilizing detailed project schedules to develop cost time-phased data forecasts- Preparing detailed ad-hoc reports- Assisting in cost analysis application database maintenance- Facilitating new initiatives related to the client's cost control and analysis efforts- Creating project and program cost reports, capturing the portfolio for supported Project Managers.- Defining, creating and maintaining project work breakdown and cost breakdown structures, working closely with engineering team- Assisting in troubleshooting cost issues- Tracking and reporting up-to-date construction project costs, EACs, and variances.- Tracking incurred and forecasted cost vs authorized funding and identify needed supplements, as necessary.- Preparing reports to lead monthly accrual and reforecast meetings to update management and accounting teamsAlthough this role is mainly focused around cost analytics, there will be a scheduling aspect as well requiring the candidate to have experience with Primavera P6.
