Manage the annual compensation program, developing strategic direction for approval by Senior Executives. Lead or participate in committees/task forces and high-level studies for the purpose of reviewing or exploring strategic issues related to all areas of total compensation. Develop conclusions and recommendations. This includes an active role in preparing the organization for rate applications as they specifically relate to total compensation and acting as a witness on the Board panel as required in support of future rate applications.
