Responsibilities *Develop and maintain close coordination with customers on current projects and development of future projects. *Manage all aspects of multiple projects including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders *Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives *Manage and coordinate program vendor and internal resources performance *Accurately forecast capital, expense and utilization across projects *Initiate and update status reports - track and monitor project progress *Serve as key participant in program and project team meetings *Manage all project related communications to escalate key issues and present options for resolution to leadership. *Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed *Support in the development of quotations and proposals.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
