The Solutions Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Expert Solutions. The Solutions Analyst is responsible for accessing, designing and implementing cloud-based solutions to meet specific business needs, including selecting appropriate services, optimizing architecture, ensuring security and compliance, and providing ongoing support to maximize the benefits of cloud technology; essentially bridging the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities.The Solutions Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for technology solutions, practice specific software applications and systems used by internal experts to serve their IT clients. This position will act as a liaison between internal IT staff, business partners, and corporate departments to drive the deployment and management of technology solutions used by our Experts.Primary Duties? Work with customers to analyze and understand business and technical needs and maintain excellent customer relationships.? Manage multiple projects focusing on ensuring Expert Solution Delivery.?
