Insight Global is looking for an Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support a large‑scale, greenfield implementation of Oracle CRM, Cloud ERP, and EPM applications for a rapidly growing organization. This is a highly visible, strategic initiative and a strong opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company’s future enterprise systems landscape.
This individual will support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and related enterprise applications, working closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and implementation partners. The role will focus on functional design, configuration, testing, data migration, and post‑go‑live support while ensuring best practices across system implementation and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with system implementation vendors to design and deliver a scalable Oracle Fusion CRM + ERP solution, including defining the end‑state architecture and implementation roadmap.
• Serve as a functional expert for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain, supporting areas such as Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Product Information Management (PIM), and Point of Sale / Counter Sales.
• Gather and document business requirements by partnering with stakeholders to understand sales execution, order processing, inventory, and supply chain pain points.
• Design functional solutions that align business needs with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain best practices.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules based on approved requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, support UAT, and validate system functionality prior to deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data migration strategies and oversee migration from legacy CRM or ERP platforms into Oracle Fusion.
• Provide end‑user training, documentation, and adoption support.
• Deliver post‑implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.
• Act as an escalation point for complex functional or integration issues related to Oracle Fusion.
• Promote cross‑functional, enterprise‑wide thinking and help reduce system complexity and total cost of ownership.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT, business systems, or enterprise application support.
• 4+ years of hands‑on Oracle Supply Chain experience (Oracle Fusion preferred).
• Experience supporting or implementing Order Management, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and PIM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion job roles, data security, and access privileges.
• Experience with application configuration and extensions (custom fields, workflows, triggers, global functions).
• Hands‑on experience with data migration from other CRM or ERP systems into Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Experience with enterprise application integrations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain for Counter Sales / Point‑of‑Sale environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Assignment Manager.
• Experience supporting Oracle CRM in addition to Supply Chain modules.
Background working in greenfield Oracle implementations.
