This individual will lead weekly contractor meetings and support all phases of the project lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, managing the RFI and submittal processes, coordinating OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders from project initiation through closeout. Hybrid role - will be on site in one of the following locations once a week or once every two weeks: Gardenia, Pasadena, and potentially Riverside.
