Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their federal team based at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) & Schofield Barracks, Oahu, HI. ?Serve as a primary on-site leader for execution on... assigned projects, primarily related to the HVAC mechanical equipment, BAS/Controls (Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems), electrical upgrades (low/high voltage), Cybersecurity, and other MEP related equipment and systems. ?Manage the selection, scope of work, procurement, quality and payment of project materials, vendors and subcontractors ?Negotiate, prepare and issue subcontracts?Develop project schedules and execute according to plan.?Ensure that assigned projects are executed per the quality control plan, on-time, billed within budget and within scope of the contract. ?Ensure work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics?Adheres to and ensures project personnel and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards, internal policies, and US Army Corps of Engineers requirements regarding health and safety (EM 385 1-1).?Understand project and contract scopes; actively pursue growth opportunities and collaborates with customers to help achieve desired outcomes?Help prepare and approve cost estimates, contract terms & conditions, and technical responses to client requests for information, bids, and proposals?Ensure Site Superintendent(s), Technician(s) and subcontractor(s) complete assigned work per established standards, and thoroughly communicate the services performed and completion criteria to customers?Complete timely and accurate project billing to maintain profitability goals and positive cash flow?Analyze financial reporting and project schedule to proactively address potential problems. Effectively communicates project progress, issues and financial status to leadership as required?Provide periodic project status updates, and monthly revenue, cost, and gross margin forecasts?Manage risk, establish project recovery plans, and resolve disputes to minimize escalation?Ensure project document controls and deliverables comply with contract requirements and client standards?Manages the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned?Coordinates customer-training requirementsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
