The Project Manager will oversee budgets ranging from $100K to $20M that span across Transmission, Distribution, and Substation assets.Job Responsibilities:?Working closely with the project?s Engineering Led to set priorities, prepare project schedules, and work in a team-based environment with a focus on delivery and quality ?Carefully manage customer requirements and schedules with internal team.?Acting as a liaison between multiple departments, including engineering, construction, operations, major account agents, stakeholder management and regulatory teams, to facilitate seamless communication and alignment ?Coordinate project teams while serving as the primary point of contact to help resolve any issues ?Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all deadlines are met ?Schedule and attend Project Update meetings with both internal and external project teams ?Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and posted in the project folder. ?Follow-up with construction coordinator to make sure as-builts from the field get to the drafting department. ?Follow up on invoicing and assist with closing project Purchase Orders.?Assist with closing out work orders.?Monitor project costs and assist project owners with monthly forecasting.?Conduct 2 Safety Walks per monthWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
