The duties of our construction foreman will vary; however, they can expect to be responsible for daily scheduling, supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance at the site. Review submittals for compliance with project manual and plans, manufacturer's recommendations and code, or other standards applicable to the system. Conduct preconstruction planning. Conduct on-site project meetings with contractors and construction trades lead personnel, holding contractors accountable. Manage contractors for all work performed on-site.
