The Innovation Lab is expanding and seeking Senior AI Engineers to design and build prototypes, POCs, and MVPs focused on emerging technologies. This team operates as a shared service across four... organizations, incubating experimental solutions that are later handed off to domain-specific engineering teams for scaling and production. What You?ll Do?Design and build prototypes, POCs, and MVPs across emerging technology initiatives?Focus heavily on AI / GenAI solutions, including LLM-based applications?Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into working prototypes?Hand off validated solutions to downstream engineering teams (dev, UAT, production)?Rapidly experiment, iterate, and validate ideas in a lab-style environmentRequired Skills?Strong Python development experience?Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications?Familiarity with LangChain ?Experience generating and accelerating development using AI tools (e.g., Claude)?Cloud experience -they are primarily in GCP/Azure so those are preferred ?Proven ability to build fast, functional prototypesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
