Insight Global is seeking a Corporate Attorney for a full-time, fully remote opportunity across Canada to support a rapidly growing Canadian business. This role is heavily focused on drafting and... negotiating equipment leasing and financing agreements and will serve as the primary legal resource for contract work in Canada. The attorney will partner closely with internal sales, finance, credit, and pricing teams to support customer onboarding and transaction execution, negotiate directly with external counsel and business counterparties, ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations, and update contract templates to reflect legal and policy changes.
