They regularly meet with youth, at minimum weekly, and coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and sponsors to monitor progress and move cases toward timely release, typically within 30 days. The position also involves supervising 4 case managers to maintain appropriate staff-to-youth ratios, ensuring compliance with ORR systems and documentation standards, and tracking all case activity through required databases such as the UC Portal. Daily responsibilities include transporting youth to medical, educational, recreational, and other appointments, as well as providing advocacy with courts, agencies, and family members.
