Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support an engineering partner based in Clearwater, FL. This individual will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day project operations run smoothly by providing administrative and organizational support across multiple projects and teams.
The Project Administrator will be responsible for tracking project activity, maintaining accurate documentation, and organizing project-related data to support engineers, project managers, and leadership. This role will also manage general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, coordinating logistics, and supporting internal processes to keep the office functioning efficiently.
Additional responsibilities may include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, updating spreadsheets or project tracking tools, assisting with onboarding paperwork, and serving as a point of contact for internal teams regarding project status and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Tracking and updating project data, timelines, and documentation
- Supporting project managers and engineers with administrative tasks
- Maintaining organized digital and physical records
- Ordering and managing office supplies and coordinating vendor services
- Assisting with reporting, data entry, and document preparation
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating internal communication
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and operational standards

Required Skills & Experience

Has experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel & PowerPoint)
GED/High School Diploma
