Insight Global is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to sit with one of their largest entertainment clients in New York. This person will be joining the Cloud Operations team supporting all teams that... touch the cloud. They will be working alongside a functional project manager, technical project manager, 15 developers (offshore), and one other BA. Day to day responsibilities include meeting with the offshore development team, participating in scrum ceremonies (sprint handling, backlog refinement, sprint retrospective, etc.), handling tickets received by ServiceDesk and delegating to team members, and communicating with every team that touches the cloud.
