We are seeking a highly motivated Field Services Manager to support projects involving the installation of devices on laundry machines across the United States. You will work directly with Field... Operations Director, 3rd party vendors and contractors to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with experience in field and general business operations. Candidates in the Portland area are preferred but this opportunity is open to fully remote candidates. This salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000Responsibilities:Field Oversight: Work closely with the Field Operations Director to coordinate field installation activities and ensure that resources are allocated effectively, to ensure installation targets are met.Contractor Management: Managing a large team of contractors, ensuring efficient workload distribution and coordination. Successfully onboard and offboard contractors.Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, perform quality checks, and provide on-site support.Installation: Be hands on, assist with installations as neededProduct Training: Training of 3rd party contractors to ensure they are successfully setup to perform the services as required.Product Expert: Become a product expert, assisting with troubleshooting and support to 3rd party contractors.
