Oversee a team of Project Managers across the country to execute on construction projects on time and on budget. Maintained executive level relationships to drive initiatives in a loosely defined... system Educate teams on construction PM best practices, and helping them navigate challenges and obstacles Oversee, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for highly complex and challenging projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards Consult and recommend integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to manage projects in alignment to best practices across the industry Interact daily with engineering, analysts, and cross-functional business teams to develop the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the projects and all deliverablesTravel Expectations: Extensive regional travel is a requirement for the Project Management Lead.
