Manage project teams ensuring that project plans are established and followed for each project in a consistent way.? Manage the overall program milestones and interdependencies; Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects; Ensure program milestones are met on time and within team and project budgets.?
