Job Description
Lead IT project delivery for multiple new construction and full gut-rebuild healthcare facilities
Coordinate IT components for buildings taken down to studs and fully rebuilt, as well as net-new construction
Partner closely with Real Estate Services, who lead overall building efforts
Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, IT vendors, and internal technology teams
Work directly with clinical and business stakeholders to understand workflows, requirements, and patient-care needs
Manage IT systems including infrastructure, applications, and biomedical technologies
Support dental clinics, hearing, research, and patient-facing facilities
Help standardize technology approaches across additional dental clinic builds
Track schedules, risks, dependencies, and milestones across overlapping projects

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of IT construction project management experience
Experience supporting new building construction and major renovations
Healthcare experience required (clinical, hospital, dental, or research environments)
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Local to the San Francisco Bay Area with ability to be on site
