As a key player, you will manage field crews, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Oversee multiple surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.Field Crew Management: Lead, schedule, train, and provide logistical support to field crews, maintaining a close working relationship to resolve issues and achieve project goals.Survey Data Processing: Process raw field data to generate topographic contours, staking base files, road alignments, foundation surveys, and other deliverables.Equipment and Vehicle Management: Maintain an updated inventory of field vehicles and equipment, overseeing their maintenance and repair to ensure operational efficiency.Problem Solving: Provide technical expertise and guidance in solving complex fieldwork challenges related to surveying and mapping projects.Communication and Collaboration: Attend required meetings and effectively communicate project progress, needs, and challenges with internal and external stakeholders.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
