In this role, the Recruiter will report to the Senior Human Resources Recruiting... Manager, and will be responsible for recruiting business professionals across technology innovation, marketing, accounting & finance, information governance, human resources, talent development, practice support, and select attorney positions within the organization. This role partners with Hiring Managers, Practice Group Leaders, Department Heads, and HR to determine talent needs, source qualified candidates, oversee the interview and selection process, and ensure a high-quality recruiting experience that aligns with the Firm?s standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
