Update and maintain pricing in spreadsheets, internal systems, and the B2B password-protected portal? Track and organize inventory accuracy daily? Flag discrepancies, update market-driven pricing, and follow SOP checklists? Maintain CRM records in Zoho: load new contacts, segment customers, update deal stages, and input POS data? Support internal workflow and documentation management? Assist with operational planning for major sports events (e.g., game weekends, World Cup day trips)?
