We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) team as a Tier 1 AML Alert Analyst. This role is part of a newly established Center of... Excellence focused on enhancing the initial adjudication and escalation of alerts related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions and FCRM Watchlist. The Analyst will play a critical role in the first line of defense against financial crime by reviewing and assessing alerts generated through name screening processes. These alerts are matched against various global watchlists and require careful evaluation to identify false positives and escalate potential matches for further review.Key Responsibilities:Review and adjudicate alerts assigned via queue, focusing on key identifiers such as name variations, date of birth, and geographic location.Analyze watchlist alerts to determine potential matches or clear false positives.Apply decision matrix tools to support consistent and accurate alert dispositioning.Document rationale for decisions, including both escalations and dismissals.Escalate potential matches to senior analysts for further investigation.Contribute to the organization's compliance with AML and anti-terrorist financing regulations through diligent and timely alert handling.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
