An Insight Global customer in the construction industry is seeking to hire a construction manager to oversee the fire protection systems for a mega project in Boise, ID. This project is multiple... billions of dollars in total budget, is supporting a high-tech manufacturing client, and is expected to last into 2028. As a construction manager in this role, you'll be expected to complete all pre-construction tasks including equipment buyout and scrubbing drawings to align proper subcontractors and trades partners, take full ownership of your project scope including proper documentation, alignment across all teams and partners, facilitate training, run startup meetings with 100s of teammates, review project submittal information and receive and distribute RFIs. The specific scope of work for this role will be fire protection and related plumbing systems. The initial contract will last 12 months, but extensions are likely. We can offer pay at $75/hr for this role as well as a generous per diem package for candidates who qualify. Exact compensation may differ due to education or experience. Candidates can expect to work 50 hours per week.
