Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sales Manager for one of our clients. This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, and expanding the company's presence within the technology sector. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and business development, along with a proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can coach and mentor sales professionals while also identifying and closing new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and leadership teams to execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and drive business growth.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the technology industry.
Manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Utilize CRM platforms, including Go High Level, to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline performance.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and sales data to inform business strategy.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Partner with marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that support revenue objectives.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities for sales team members.
Create forecasts, monitor KPIs, and report sales performance to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or technical sales environments.
2+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring sales teams.
Proven success developing new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships.
Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills.
Experience negotiating contracts and closing complex sales deals.
Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Go High Level or comparable platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in software, SaaS, IT services, digital marketing, or other technology-focused industries.
Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and team performance goals.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
