Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs as necessary.? Perform upgrades and additions to cabling infrastructure systems in order to increase functionality and usability.?Manage work tickets according to customer SLA\u0027s using Service Now ticketing system.?Must have basic computer skills such as Microsoft 365, WebEx, putty, wireshark?Must be available when the work is requested. Working hours can be early mornings or late evenings ?Must be able to be part of a paid rotating on-call schedule with other technicians. ?40 hours not guaranteed?
