An employer is looking for a Network Admin to sit at Fort Meade, MD. As a Network Administrator, you will work independently to configure and maintain network assets including switches, routers,... load balancers, and firewalls. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and security updates on Cisco, Juniper, and Dell devices. Your responsibilities include reviewing system documentation, managing configuration and change processes, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity controls. You will support global network architecture upgrades by contributing technical insights, timelines, and resource planning. Additionally, you will implement recurring security requirements, coordinate troubleshooting efforts, and apply moderate system administration skills in both Linux and Windows environments to manage and navigate network systems effectively.Compensation:$50/hr to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
