You will be expected to perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including wars and flooring, installed fixture, roofing systems, lighting etc. You will be given a company van, work cell phone, uniform, and equipment as needed to perform job functions. Administrative Tasks?Submit P-card Receipts Daily ?Update work order status in real time ?Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed. ?Perform Vehicle Safety Inspection ?Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner ?Attend work and safety meetings as required ?Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. Physical Work Requirements: ?Lifting up to 80 lbs. ?Working from heights. ?Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead. ?Working in adverse conditions (i.e., extreme cold,?extreme?hot). ?Driving for long periods of time. ?Climbing a ladder with a 300 lb weight limit while carrying a tool bag weighing approximately 20 lbs. ?Climbing a ladder up to 30 feet. ?Must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required. Job Responsibilities:?Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.?Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.?Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.?Respond effectively to all emergencies.?Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.?Study and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in everyday activities. This to include building automation systems, fire / life safety systems, and any other building related equipment.?Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. The role is critical to maintaining high standards of clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety while supporting scalable growth.Role OverviewThe Regional Quality, Compliance & Safety Manager is responsible for owning and improving clinical documentation, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes across all regions. This role ensures that clinical care is accurately documented, compliant with all applicable regulations, and consistently audit-ready.This individual serves as the internal subject matter expert on state, federal, ACHC, and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations and works closely with clinical, billing, intake, scheduling, and operational teams to align workflows, reduce risk, and improve efficiency. The role is both strategic and hands-on, combining system design, oversight, training, and enforcement of standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Documentation & EMR OptimizationDesign, build, and continuously improve EMR forms, templates, and documentation workflowsEnsure Plans of Care are clinically appropriate, compliant, defensible, and aligned with authorized hoursStandardize documentation practices across regionsIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement to reduce manual work and improve visibilityQuality Assurance & Chart OversightOversee QA review of all clinical documentation, including assessments, reassessments, supervisory visits, and dischargesTrack late charts, documentation errors, and recurring issues by clinician or regionConduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective action plansEnsure documentation supports efficient billing and minimizes pre-billing delaysRegulatory Compliance & Survey ReadinessMaintain compliance with all applicable home health regulationsMonitor regulatory changes and proactively update workflows and documentation standardsLead audit preparation, mock surveys, and regulatory inspectionsEnsure policies and procedures remain current and consistently followedCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with RDONs, SCMs, Intake & Authorization, Scheduling, Billing, and OperationsServe as a resource for documentation and compliance questionsBridge communication between clinical staff, physicians, and administrative teams to resolve gaps quicklyClinical Training & Infrastructure LeadershipDevelop and deliver clinical documentation training and education programsSupport onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing education initiativesCreate standardized tools, guides, and workflows to support multi-state operationsPromote a culture where documentation excellence supports clinical quality and complianceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
