Job Description

A leading enterprise organization is investing heavily in large-scale transformation initiatives and is looking to bring on an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to support and scale its OCM function.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with program leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption across critical initiatives—including enterprise SAP implementations—while helping shape how OCM is delivered across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is a blend of strategy and hands-on execution, supporting initiatives across their full lifecycle (discover → design → deliver).

Strategic Responsibilities (30–40%)
• Partner with program managers, sponsors, and senior stakeholders to define OCM strategy
• Support change planning during early project phases (discovery & design)
• Translate strategy into actionable, detailed execution plans
• Advise leadership on change impacts, risks, and adoption strategies
Execution & Delivery (60–70%)
• Lead day-to-day execution of change management activities across active initiatives
• Drive adoption at the end-user level, including distribution and operational teams
• Identify gaps, assess change readiness, and implement solutions proactively
• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across program teams and stakeholders
• Operate independently in ambiguous environments, bringing structure to evolving initiatives

Team & Environment
• Small, growing OCM function supporting a portfolio of strategic initiatives
• Opportunity to contribute to the maturation and scaling of the OCM practice
• Highly collaborative environment working with program teams and business stakeholders
• Fast-paced, transformation-driven organization

$60/hr to $65/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
