Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for an innovative women's health and wellness practice in Beverly Hills. This is a unique opportunity to join a patient-focused practice that blends traditional women's healthcare with cutting-edge wellness and longevity services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and preventive care.
Schedule
- Monday–Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Closed Thursdays and weekends
What You'll Do
- Prepare, stock, and maintain exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, and accurately document medical histories
- Perform phlebotomy (blood draws), specimen collection, and lab processing
- Assist physician during patient exams and in-office procedures
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate EMR records
- Educate patients on wellness services and treatments
- Communicate follow-up instructions and support an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered clinical environment

Required Skills & Experience
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA); active and in good standing
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient physician office or clinic preferred
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
- Women's health, wellness, preventative care, or gynecology experience preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working at an OB/GYN medical office
