Main responsibilities for these alerts include resolving drive space alerts through adding capacity or running tools like WinDirStat to see what might be consuming the space, troubleshooting CPU and memory alerts, or other server issues that could impacting core systems. Ability to follow runbooks that will be provided to assist with the troubleshooting of systems and escalate any alerts or issues to other team members when needed. This person will respond to alerts for core applications at MOHELA such as public websites, internal websites and internal applications. Critical alerts will be sent out via Pingdom or PagerDuty. Triage of these alerts and following steps through runbooks to resolve and if unable to resolve escalating the alerts to other teams or team members with information on the troubleshooting that was performed. This individual will be working on ServiceNow for ticketing needs as well.
