Insight Global is looking for an Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to serve as a transformational executive leader during a critical period of transition within a $5B+ healthcare system spanning... 14 hospitals. This is not a caretaker role. Reporting to the Acting CIO, the Interim CTO will lead modernization and organizational change across a large, complex, Epic-driven, multi-hospital environment, while maintaining operational stability. This role requires a hands-on, decisive leader who is comfortable reshaping teams, challenging legacy approaches, and executing at scale in one of the region?s largest health systems.
