Key ResponsibilitiesOverall Project Ownership & Governance? Own project delivery from initiation through closure, including readiness, go live, and handoff to Support. ? Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes and tools.Communication & Stakeholder Management? Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications. ? Lead client meetings, status calls, and working sessions. ? Provide regular internal and external status updates. ? Document and distribute meeting notes, action items, and decisions.Project Planning & Artifacts? Create and maintain core project artifacts (charter, plan, scope, RACI). ? More will be responsible for retrofit work, capacity maximation and the expansion of their delivery network nationwide. Each PM will own roughly 2 projects at once and the average project will last roughly 8-9 weeks. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, external vendors and traveling to sites to oversee execution and delivery of the required changes and build outs. This role requires travel roughly 85%+ of the time Monday ? Friday and we are seeking candidates within 30 miles of a major airport. The ideal candidate will come from a background relevant to construction, facilities, building infrastructure, etc and will be able to provide basic direction onsite to vendors while ensuring quality and accurate delivery of the required work per site. This role requires a high level of organization and multitasking to oversee execution at one site while also planning and preparing for another site.
