This Project Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of technical support, and will have leadership responsibilities, along with project management responsibilities. They will make sure that along with project completion, business as usual tickets are also being prioritized and closed in a timely manner. This person will be managing projects and a team simultaneously, so they need to be organized and process-driven, with strong experience communicating cross-functionally with various teams.
