Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger structure, supporting budget development, preparing journal entries, and managing monthly and year-end financial reporting ? including financial statement closing. Additional duties involve coordinating billing and wire transfers, assisting with loan advance requests for construction projects, and supporting tax filings and K-1 distribution statements.
