Monitors project schedules throughout duration of project and maintains progress-ensuring milestones are achieved. Balances contract, budget, time, and cost limitations. Tracks project budget status to ensure construction expenditures fall within original estimates. Certifies payments to contractors and consultants and processes invoices. Supports the Project Manager and Project Engineer in and/or performs the processing and resolution of design and field coordination issues, contract change orders and resolution of claims, etc. Monitors quality and compliance inspections. Conducts site meetings with contractor. Demonstrates full knowledge of the projects status.
