You?ll work closely with project managers and senior engineers on diverse and meaningful civil/site design projects.? Lead or contribute to the design and development of civil/site engineering projects? Perform complex engineering calculations and prepare design reports? Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders? Direct and review work completed by junior engineers and drafters? Use engineering software and design tools to develop plans and technical documents? Assist with scope, schedule, and budget management? Participate in client meetings and presentations? Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications? Follow company safety protocols and procedures?
