Escalation responsibilities are 24/7/365 as coordinated with operations management. ?Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work and comply with all physical security procedures and policies ?Take daily operational readings of all electrical equipment through routine rounds/log taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.) ?Provide oversight and execution of operational procedures including but not limited to oEnergize a cabinet in a Colo oUninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) preventative maintenance quarterly and annually oSystem control panel preventative maintenance oBattery preventative maintenance oSwitchgear, transformer, and service board maintenanceoRemote Power Panel (RPP) shutdown of 1 source. This person will be responsible for designing,... More installing, commissioning and operating the control systems for the factory including PLC, DCS, and SCADA platforms that control HVAC, UPW, WW treatment, Gas and Chemical Systems, and Safety Systems. This role is one of the first key roles being hired at this new facility so there is immense opportunity for upward mobility in the future. It is expected that this person is capable of making an immediate impact without much training or oversight. Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing engineering drawings, submittals and driving construction project schedules.- Partnering with controls design vendors to ensure proper equipment installation and commissioning. - Support PLC, DCS and SCADA systems with operations and maintenance. - Update and distribute electrical system documentation, manuals, and processes. - Develop preventative maintenance systems and emergency response procedures.- Respond to systems malfunctions across HVAC, process, UPW, WWT, gas, chemical and life safety systems. - Further responsibilities related to capacity planning, and overall optimal system performance as the facility scales. This role will operate full-time on-site at the new facility, including working out of construction trailers until the office is open in about 12 months.
