Hiring a remote Registered Nurse full time for a chronic care management organization! This role requires a multistate compact RN license (*must not reside in California). The schedule is Monday to... Friday 8am-5pm Eastern or Central. This role acts as a health coach for chronic care management under the discretion of an MD.
