The ideal candidates will have vast enterprise experience implementing different UX research methods, tools, and strategies with the ability to assess the current state, uncover user needs, then act on those autonomously. It would be beneficial to have a senior resource that has previous experience establishing and/or spearheading UX Research strategies at enterprise companies. This is a remote role working EST hours and may require visiting restaurants in the consultant's area to conduct user interviews with the team members. This Researcher will need to leverage statistical analysis and testing skills in order to capture data on how team members are utilizing products/applications and use that help stakeholders make more informed decisions.
