Job Description

A customer is seeking a fully remote Claims Application Support Analyst.

- Provide day-to-day application support across claims platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, service tickets, and user inquiries
- Execute code deployments and system updates
- Support testing cycles, including validation in lower environments
- Assist with an upcoming system upgrade initiative
- Maintain detailed documentation and audit evidence to support compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system performance and reliability
- Can pay $50-55/h

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in application support or production support environments
- Hands-on experience supporting claims systems (healthcare preferred)
- Strong experience with SQL / SQL Server for querying and troubleshooting
- Experience with testing cycles and system validation
- Strong documentation skills in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Experience with Plexis Claim Manager (PCM)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Quantum Choice (QC)
- Background working in legacy or client-server environments
- Exposure to APIs or system integrations
