The ideal candidate is AI-native, Jira-forward, and comfortable building and running delivery at scale.This is a hybrid position, 3-4 days onsite in Wilmington, DE, and the targeted pay rate is from $65-$75/hr. Key Responsibilities? Establish and operate the IT PMO / Technical PMO, including: ? TPMO charter, standards, frameworks, and governance routines? Own the enterprise IT portfolio, providing clear visibility into: ? Health and status? Risks and dependencies? Strategic alignment and delivery progress? Own portfolio-level resource planning, including capacity, capability, and demand forecasting? Facilitate governance forums and steercos; document decisions, manage escalations, and ensure follow-through? Partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data/Privacy, and Responsible AI to embed standards and risk/compliance controls? Define, track, and report KPIs across intake, delivery, and overall TPMO effectiveness? Own TPMO tooling and automation, including: ? Jira as the system of record for standard delivery and reporting? Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)?
