Position OverviewOptum is seeking an Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst to support pharmacy operations within a large healthcare environment. This role will focus on application maintenance, incident... management, and ongoing optimization of inpatient pharmacy workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Epic Willow builds, upgrades, and troubleshooting in a production environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCore Analyst Responsibilities:? Manage and complete SRS requests including intake, triage, and build work (primarily SER updates)? Provide incident management support by troubleshooting and resolving issues across Epic Willow Inpatient workflows? Support enhancement requests including analysis, build, testing, and migration to production? Assist with day-to-day ticketing and operational support for pharmacy systemsPharmacy & Clinical Support:? Perform medication build and maintenance, including:? New medication records? NDC updates? Formulation changes? Review and triage pharmacy-related error queues (ADS and billing-related issues)? Support Pyxis integration and workflows, including coordination with vendors and internal teams for monthly updates and medication dispensing processes? Assist with quarterly Epic upgrades, including:? Reviewing release notes? Build and configuration updates?
