Job Description

Description:
This role focuses on designing and structuring a unified documentation experience across the company's platforms. As this employer consolidates multiple documentation sites into a single, cohesive experience, this person will define how content is organized, tagged, and connected so users can easily find information and navigate across products in the Application Delivery and Security Platform.

You’ll work closely with UX research, design, engineering, and marketing teams to understand how users search for and consume content, then translate those insights into scalable content models, taxonomy, and documentation structure. This role sits at the intersection of information architecture, content strategy, and UX design, helping ensure consistency and usability across all web properties.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and structure of a unified documentation experience, bringing multiple doc sites into a single cohesive platform
• Develop and maintain a content model that defines how documentation is structured, tagged, and connected across properties
• Establish and manage taxonomy, metadata, and labeling systems to ensure consistency and seamless navigation across sites
• Partner closely with UX research to understand how users search for and interact with content, and translate findings into improved information architecture
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement content structures and ensure feasibility within the platform
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and branding teams to align content structure and user experience across all web properties
• Audit and rationalize existing documentation content to support consolidation and reduce duplication
• Communicate with stakeholders across multiple teams to align on standards for content organization and structure
