Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Generalist/SME to support a large-scale Dayforce implementation. This role is a hands-on contributor responsible for executing and supporting end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and successful system adoption. Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Dayforce payroll processing, testing, and reporting, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations throughout implementation and beyond.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End Payroll Processing-
• Execute and support full-cycle payroll processing within Dayforce
• Review and validate payroll outputs, ensuring accuracy across earnings, deductions, and taxes
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Dayforce Payroll Support-
• Work directly within Dayforce to support payroll processing, audits, and reporting
• Assist with payroll system configuration validation and maintenance
• Ensure payroll data integrity across the system
Testing & Implementation Support-
• Participate in payroll testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT, Parallel runs)
• Validate payroll calculations and ensure outputs align with expected results
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution throughout implementation
Reporting & Audits-
• Generate and review payroll reports and outputs within Dayforce
• Conduct audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
• Support internal controls and documentation requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration-
• Partner with payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams to support payroll operations
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure successful delivery
• Provide input on process improvements and system enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
• 5-8+ years of payroll experience with strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
• Hands-on experience working within Dayforce Payroll
• Recent experience with Ready, Set, Go Model or Dayforce certified
• Experience supporting payroll audits, reporting, and output validation
• Proven ability to work in a hands-on, individual contributor role
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
