This person shall not have any other assigned duties and must meet the following minimum qualifications: the project safety manager shall possess a bachelors degree in environmental health and safety plus three years of full time construction safety management experience, or a board-certified safety credential from a nationally-recognized organization (for example, CSP, CIH, ASP, CHST) and five years of full-time construction safety management experience, or a current OSHA 500 certification and six years of full-time construction safety management experience. Subcontractors shall also supply a dedicated Project Safety Manager when their onsite workforce reaches 40 or more personnel.
