The company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts organization-wide. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands compliance and labor regulations, and is comfortable traveling nationwide to support hiring initiatives.Key Responsibilities? Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates? Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies? Manage and coordinate the full pre-employment process, including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements? Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies? Maintain accurate and organized candidate and hiring documentation?
