A mid-sized manufacturing company specialized in plastics manufacturing for medical devices is seeking a strong Salesforce Administrator to join their team and ensure the optimal performance and... health of our Salesforce platform. This is a contract role until the end of 2024 (potential for extensions) and candidates should be local to the greater Philadelphia area and open to going onsite in Wilmington, DE 3 days per week. Responsibilities: ? Maintain the Salesforce org by providing and conducting general support.? Collaborate with business users to understand the business case and value for any configuration or enhancement requests.? Collaborate with M&S IT solution delivery team on any design and configure enhancement requests. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, workflow rules, and process flows.? Document existing processes and procedures related to the Salesforce org, especially those where integrations are involved. ? Ensure the overall health of Salesforce org health by reviewing, testing and accepting critical updates, monitoring limits to confirm compliance, identifying and remediating items to decrease technical debt.?
