More focused on building and opening food service environments, making prior experience in restaurant or kitchen construction, openings, and health inspections a strong indicator of success. Each project typically last around 6-9 months & each PM can expect to manage 3-4 projects at any given time with the ability to scale up additional concurrent projects dependent on scheduling and phase overlap.
