Each project typically last around 6-9 months \u0026 each PM can expect to manage 3-4 projects at any given time with the ability to scale up additional concurrent projects dependent on scheduling and phase overlap. The role requires strong ownership, organization, and comfort managing parallel workstreams from early planning through closeout. 20% of time will be dedicated to pre-construction planning and coordination, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
