The manager will oversee a distributed team of BI professionals, including engineers, developers, analysts, and product owners. Additionally, the position focuses on enhancing user experience and interface for business reporting, leveraging Power BI and UI/UX design principles. As the Manager, you will lead a distributed team of 5 to 15 BI professionals. They will define key performance indicators for delivery, report usage, and business adoption. The role involves driving stakeholder alignment across technology and business functions to ensure BI initiatives are outcome-driven and tightly integrated with business processes. Staying updated on reporting trends and emerging technologies is essential to continuously improve reporting processes.
