Job Description
We are seeking a CyberArk Security Administrator to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This individual will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment, with a primary focus on CyberArk. The CyberArk Security Administrator will work closely with Infrastructure, Application Development, and Security teams to ensure privileged accounts, systems, and access controls are managed securely and efficiently.
This role is ideal for a mid-level cybersecurity professional who has hands-on experience with CyberArk and privileged access management, along with a strong understanding of security best practices, infrastructure support, and access governance. The position will support approximately 20 on-premise servers while helping the organization expand PAM capabilities into cloud and modern application environments.
Responsibilities:
-Administer and support the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform.
-Manage privileged accounts, password vaulting, session monitoring, and access controls.
-Maintain and secure approximately 20 on-premise servers within the CyberArk environment.
-Perform regular platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and security remediation activities.
-Partner with Application Development teams to provision and manage access to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments through CyberArk.
-Troubleshoot access management issues and support privileged account onboarding efforts.
-Implement and maintain security policies, controls, and procedures related to privileged access.
-Assist in audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments involving privileged accounts.
-Collaborate with IAM team members and technical security SMEs to enhance overall security posture.
-Support ongoing efforts to modernize PAM capabilities, including cloud-based and containerized environments.
-Document processes, procedures, and technical configurations.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-3–5 years of experience in Information Security, Identity & Access Management, or Privileged Access Management.
-Hands-on experience administering CyberArk PAM solutions.
-Experience supporting server infrastructure, patch management, and security remediation activities.
-Strong understanding of privileged account management, access controls, and identity governance principles.
-Experience working with Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
-Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
-Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Security, and Application Development teams.
-Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
One or more of the following preferred/required:
CISSP
CISM
CyberArk certifications
Other relevant cybersecurity certifications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with CyberArk Conjur
-Secrets Management experience
-Containerization and Kubernetes exposure
-Experience securing web-native/cloud-native applications
-AWS or Azure security administration experience
