Define and execute the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects from ideation to deployment and monitoring? Partner with the VP of Operations to set strategic direction and manage shifting priorities related to quality, efficiency, and scalability ? Lead engineering teams in deploying automation solutions across industrial and operational environments ? Oversee supplier quality assurance programs and supplier performance ? Manage and prioritize project schedules with internal teams and external customers ? Develop and maintain robust engineering processes, SOPs, and best practices to ensure repeatable, scalable excellence ? Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization ? Forecast and manage capital budgets, engineering labor costs, and productivity improvement initiatives ? Lead, mentor, and manage engineering leaders, including managers and senior managers ?
